“…sometimes there’s a man… I won’t say a hero, ’cause, what’s a hero? But sometimes, there’s a man. And I’m talkin’ about [Bill] here. Sometimes, there’s a man, well, he’s the man for his time and place. He fits right in there. And that’s [Bill], in [Dehli? Last I heard he was in Dehli].”
Bill was a super good friend who I met at a party in 2012 and the very next day agreed to go to Kyrgyzstan with me to live out a yurt for a week. Last year, when I told him I wanted to “Floss the Taco” (ski this couloir), he thought it was the best three combined words one could use to describe a ski. This one’s for you, Bill!
